1. Call 1-866-512-2273 or submit an online help ticket.
***If submitting online, be sure to include a working phone number so they can contact you.
2. Work with tech support to resolve problem.
3. Be sure to get your CASE NUMBER when speaking with them.
4. If you feel your issue is not resolved, share your case number and issue with your advisor (or another school staff member), and he/she will escalate it to the Operations Manager. (Must have case number.)
5. The Operations Manager will escalate the issue via ticket to the national help desk.
6. Someone from Tier II K12 Support will reach out to you. (Again, please be sure to give a working phone number in your case.)
7. Updates will be sent to the school via report, including if no one answers and close has been closed.
